Bropper and Carrot were very impressive in one piece 850 manga. I was pleasantly surprised. Carrot showed speed and a new Electro attack. They beat 16 enemies (4 being real threats) handily. Now they need to go save everybody. Who will be the 1st person?
Sanji needs to get his head in the game. His fellow Strawhats are out there and they need the cook of love to return.
Brook is the man putting in that work! Swallow Banderole! Brook and Pedro Partners in Crime (Brook better steel his resolve and soul because Big Mom is coming for him!
Pedro vs Baron Tamago w/ small army
Captain of the Nox Pirates: Pedro. can't wait for that flashback. No way Pedro dies here. Pedro is about to put a hurting on Tamago. 5 years ago they took each other's left eyes. Pedro is a dead man walking similar to Brook.
The signs to who attacked Reiju are pointing at Pudding! Or Capone Bege! Or some new enemy perhaps!? Where could Pudding be?
As much as it makes sense for Big Mom to show up in her treasure room, seeing the importance of the Tamatebako to her, it's still not something I expected; especially as Smoothie was outside the room and Brook seemingly had no way of escaping. Maybe the whole situation has began to get to her and she's not so trusting of her people...but I highly doubt that.
I guess this is where we get the showndown between the two and BM realises her power is ineffective against Brook...but we'll have to wait 2 weeks to see that.
Just like @Freid pointed out, I can't make sense of the fake Carrot scene, so I'm going to wait for the pics or chapter to understand it properly.
Finding out Pedro lost 50 years of his life to Big Mom, that was cold but at least he still had a life left. I had wondered what sort of "mercy" Big Mom had shown to him for trying to steal from her and I guess this is it. No surprise really though, as she took all remaining 40 years off Moscato, her own son.

Smoker the White Hunter
Smoker the White Hunter is a Marine officer stationed at the G-5 base. He was first introduced as a captain in Loguetown, where he made it his mission to capture Luffy, and was later promoted to the rank of commodore, due to the events in Alabasta. At some point during the timeskip, he was promoted to the rank of vice admiral.
Due to his actions against Luffy at Loguetown, Smoker can be considered as the main antagonist of Loguetown Arc.
Smoker is a muscular white-haired (light blue-green in the pre-timeskip anime) man, with a distinct trait of always being seen smoking two cigars at once. He wears a large thick white and blue specialist marine jacket which he keeps open, with greenish fur lining the neck, wrists and hem. Many cigars are strapped to the jacket, which bears the kanji for "justice" written on the back of it. He carries a Seastone-tipped jitte as his weapon, although it has been broken twice: once during the Battle of Marineford by Boa Hancock, and once on Punk Hazard by Vergo. He also wears brown leather gloves, blue jeans with a brown belt and large military issue brown leather boots. The fact that he also rides a custom made motorbike gives off the impression of a delinquent marine.
In the manga, his hair has a white tone and the fur on his coat was initially blue, later changed to dark green, and ultimately modified to follow the anime, albeit with a much lighter green tone, and with green zips as well.
During his stay on an unknown island of the Grand Line, he was seen without his jacket, which he had a subordinate carry for him. During this time, he was seen keeping his jitte strapped to his back via a series of belts. A scar was visible on the right side of his chest.
After the timeskip, his hair is now longer, slicked back and the sides have been cut short. He is also wearing sunglasses and has a scar that extends from his forehead to his right eye and tapers off to the side of his face. He also added the traditional Marines' military coat over his attire, draped over his shoulders like a cape with his jitte, which has either been replaced or repaired since the Battle of Marineford, hanging on the back; he is the one of the few high-ranking marine (more specifically, a vice admiral) not to wear a business suit.
As a child he had the same haircut as he did in his pre-timskip time. His face is depicted as being dirty, with a running nose and a band-aid on his forehead, looking as if he just had a brawl with someone. He wore a plain blank white shirt and had a pair of goggles around his neck. He wore a pair of simple black pants and a pair of simple black boots. He also wore a pair of mittens or boxing gloves and carried a baseball bat with nails in it around and was accompanied by an exhausted looking dog.
During his time as a cadet his hair was styled into a buzz cut and he was already smoking cigars, though at the time only one per smoke.

Gomu Gomu no Mi
The Gomu Gomu no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that gives the user's body the properties of rubber, making the user a Rubber Human. It was originally a treasure that Shanks and his crew took from an unspecified enemy, but was accidentally eaten by the series protagonist Monkey D. Luffy. In the second version of Romance Dawn, it originally belonged to Luffy's grandpa who took it from an unspecified enemy
The fruit's major strength, as demonstrated by Luffy, is that the person's body can stretch like rubber even when the ability user himself is nullified (for instance, when Nojiko pulls Luffy's head out of the water at Arlong Park). It also makes them almost entirely immune to blunt attacks, including hand-to-hand combat, bullets or even cannonballs, an ability which can be further reinforced with the application of Busoshoku Haki. Thanks to Luffy's own creativity both in and out of combat, this fruit has consistently proven itself to be among the most formidable, versatile, and unpredictable within the Paramecia class. The user's rubber-like body also allows the user to survive falls from heights and collisions that would kill a normal person.
Luffy's rubber body not only allows him to hit Enel, whose body is made of electricity, but also prevents Luffy from suffering electric shocks.
The user's ability to stretch and twist like rubber to extreme lengths not only makes him immune to injuries that originate from such, but it also allows him to even rebound, that can give him a great advantage in or out of battle. Stretching also allows the user to drastically increase the range of what would otherwise be considered a powerful close-range attack, turning it into a devastating mid-range or long-range attack. A stretched limb can also be used to store potential energy like a stretched spring, increasing the velocity by stretching his arm back resulting in increased power. Combined with Haki, his power is increased even more. Owing to rubber-like natural insulating properties, the user is also immune to electrical attacks and is also able to hit an electric Logia user without Haki.[9] Additionally the user is immune to the electricity produced by Electro.
Luffy's body is similar to a rubber band, requiring him to use excessive motion to "throw" an attack. After the time-skip though, the extra movement is unnecessary, and Luffy is able to stretch easily.
In the first SBS, Oda stated that Luffy's maximum stretching distance is 72 Gomu Gomus.[10]
By training his abilities, Luffy has found unexpected ways to increase his fighting ability, such as the ability to stretch his blood vessels wider to increase the speed of his blood flow in order to become faster and stronger, at a cost of depleting his body's energy at a faster rate. Furthermore, with the application of Haki, he is even capable of igniting a limb for an even more devastating attack. Luffy can even inflate his bones to increase the volume of his body and significantly increase his attacks, at the cost of his body becoming smaller for a short period of time (although after the timeskip Luffy has seemingly been able to overcome this weakness as after he used "Gomu Gomu no Elephant Gun" on the Kraken and he did not revert to his smaller size afterwards).
The fruit enables all parts of the consumer's body to behave like rubber, including organs. As such, Luffy has a bigger appetite than the average human, eating more than anyone else in his crew and always digesting it before anyone else is hungry again.
Despite all the great advantages Luffy gets by using his fruit, he can however still be hurt by cutting or stabbing attacks, as well as non-physical attacks such as fire or ice. One major risk of Luffy's powers is that he is vulnerable to attacks in the moments when his limbs are stretched to their limit, as Buggy and Kuro both demonstrated early on in the series. Luffy, however, has adapted his fighting style to minimize this risk as shown when Buggy attempted to exploit this weakness of Luffy.
Luffy has also shown a limited ability of moving in mid-air, by grabbing onto something with an extended limb and propelling away from what could have been a fatal attack. This gives Luffy the option of several jumping and mid-air attacks that would have been disadvantageous to most other people as it would have left them vulnerable.
In his youth, Luffy had a problem controlling his own abilities. Though he had an idea of how they would work, Luffy had trouble with aiming and the timing of his attacks, and he was continuously sent spinning by the recoil. However, he managed to counter these weaknesses with his continuous training in the jungle by the time he left to be a pirate.
In the anime, Luffy has used his stretching abilities to inhale great amounts of air to thus exhale a big gust of wind; this application of his powers was used to blow away Marigold's poisonous vapor from her venom spit and Magellan's poison breath.
Given Luffy's elastic properties he is shown to be able to withstand great pressure, as shown near Fishman Island when fighting Hody. Though he was still weakened by the sea water around him, he was seemingly unaffected by the intense underwater pressure.

Yonko - Red Haired Shanks
"Red-Haired" Shanks, commonly known as "Red Hair", is the captain of the Red Hair Pirates and one of the Yonko. He is also a former member of the legendary Roger Pirates, the only group to successfully conquer the Grand Line.
He is the pirate who inspired Luffy to go on his journey as a pirate. He found the Gomu Gomu no Mi that was accidentally eaten by Luffy
Shanks always wears a long black cape over his shoulders and, prior to giving it to Luffy, wore a straw hat obtained from Gol D. Roger (his former captain) that he had worn for many years beforehand and which was synonymous with his image. He initially wore slightly loose brown trousers cut below the knee and collected halfway up the shin, with golden buttons down the outer leg. Recently he has been seen wearing a similar pair, but looser and with floral patterns on them. He wears a pair of sandals and is unshaven with a short, scruffy beard.
In all his appearances so far as captain of his own crew, Shanks has worn a white shirt which is only half buttoned, leaving part of his chest exposed. A large red sash is tied around his waist and holds his sabre on the right side. Initially, in Chapter 1, his shirt is tucked under the sash. However, in his appearances that feature him since he left Luffy's hometown, the shirt is untucked, giving him a much scruffier appearance than when he is seen in the past.
The most striking thing about Shanks is the color of his red hair, from which his epithet 'Red-Haired Shanks' is derived. He also has three scars across his left eye, which were revealed to have been given to him by Blackbeard, He is also missing his left arm, a direct result of him saving Luffy from a Sea King when Luffy was a child. The scars across his left eye seem to tingle whenever he confronts Blackbeard.
At the start of One Piece, Shanks bore a physical similarity to Luffy. As Oda's style changed, Shanks became more distinct. The shape of his eyes are much sharper and narrower than they used to be. His nose has become more defined, similar to how Nico Robin's nose is heavily defined compared to those of most other characters in the series. His trademark red hair is also slightly longer, with the fringe pushed more toward the sides. It is also wavier and more slicked back, as opposed to how it was parted in the middle at the beginning of the serie

The Roger Pirates
The Roger Pirates were the crew of the late Pirate King, Gol D. Roger, and was supposedly the only crew to ever reach Raftel, the end of the New World in the Grand Line. They encountered Vice Admiral Garp on several occasions and were strong rivals to the Whitebeard Pirates.
This was the crew that traveled around the Grand Line together and the things they did were part of legends. They made it as far as Skypiea and the end of the Grand Line, Raftel, on their ship the Oro Jackson. Roger was one of the most famous figures of his day, while the name of their first mate, Silvers Rayleigh, is widely known and famed as well.
Ironically, only the captain and the first mate seem to have been remembered while the rest of the crew have apparently faded out of memory, all save those still active like Shanks and Buggy. The first introduction to their crew comes from Buggy, who recalls his days with Shanks as a cabin boy in their crew. Their captain, Roger, is the first character introduced in the series.
Four years prior to his death, Roger was diagnosed with an incurable disease. Rather than fading out and dying, Roger decided to lead his crew on one last journey into the Grand Line. After they reached the lighthouse at Reverse Mountain, they recruited Crocus into their crew who traveled with them to keep their captain alive on the condition they helped him find another crew he was looking for information on. The crew eventually made it to Skypiea where their captain was able to befriend Gan Fall, the God of Skypiea. After leaving Skypiea, they traveled to Water 7, where Tom made a ship for them, the Oro Jackson. At some point they passed the Red Line, into the New World, and eventually made it to Raftel. They had also found the information lost to the void century, but had the possibility of not fully understanding it, as they were not scholars like Oharans.
After the Roger Pirates conquered the Grand Line by reaching Raftel, Roger started to be referred to as "The Pirate King". Being a man that loved big flashy things, he rejoiced upon his new title. Finally, upon Roger's orders, the crew disbanded and the members disappeared and went their own way. One year later, Roger gave himself up to the Marines and was sentenced to public execution in his town of birth: Loguetown.
When Roger was executed, many famous and prominent figures in the pirate world were present to witness the execution of the Pirate King. Shanks and Buggy were present, as well as many other pirates like Donquixote Doflamingo, Crocodile, Dracule Mihawk, Gekko Moriah, and even the revolutionary Monkey D. Dragon.

Silvers Rayleigh
Silvers Rayleigh, also known as the "Dark King",is the former first mate of the Roger Pirates, known as the "Right Hand of the Pirate King".He became a coating mechanic in Sabaody Archipelago at some point after Roger died and the crew was disbanded. He served as Luffy's mentor in the use of Haki during the two year timeskip. He is also the husband of Shakuyaku.
Two of Rayleigh's most distinguishing traits are his round glasses and facial hair, which is arranged embattled across his lower jaw . He also has a scar over his right eye, which he has had for many years.
The Dark King chooses to dress quite simply, usually just in a nearly plain t-shirt, shorts, and sandals. When out in public, he also seems to enjoy the cover of a large silver hooded cloak, though the hood is often down. Underneath these cloths, the old man's body is surprisingly built and very well-toned, a testament to his incredible strength.
When he was younger, Rayleigh had strawberry blonde hair (black when first seen in the anime) clean cut, and had a moderate amount of facial hair. Over the years, as his hair whitened, he grew it out. He also grew a beard from his initial striped facial hair. Regardless of his age, Rayleigh is a muscular man with a broad chest and well built body.
During his first appearance in Buggy's flashback, he was seen wearing a t-shirt with an ornately decorated collar, a motif that appeared even in the long coat he wore during the Edd War. He wore an orange shirt, light-brown spotted bermudas and simple sandals. He also has a silver-colored coat hanging from his shoulders.
After the two year timeskip he now wears a black T-shirt as well as his silver hooded cloak.

One Piece 848 - The title of Pirate King
Read one piece 848 spoiler and one piece 848 scans here on manga-jewel.blogspot.com. If you are one piece manga 848 fans,
I’m sure you are searching for one piece 848 chapter now
I don not know who Lola was going to marry but, I don't think Lola ran away from home because she did not like whoever she was going to marry. If we take BM words literally, Lola may have understood this and ran away, not because she hates her mother, but it could have been a great disaster. If you look at this page we see Luffy claiming BM is too dangerous to control Fishman Island, and that is true when we saw she destroyed a village for not providing enough sweets. It could be that Lola appreciated this and believed that the title of Pirate King would have been to0 great for someone like BM. Remember that Lola set off to sea to become a pirate herself, which may mean that she has a different viewpoint on piracy than her mothers.

I want to point out that I find it pretty interesting that BM has many children. As they constitute all the important roles in her organization and the use of hommies, this implies that BM inherently does not trust many out of her family, and she knows that her own children will come with a high level of loyalty and does not need to fear betrayal (also explains why she wants the Germa 66 technology). I honestly don't believe a lot of people trust her (aside from her family). I very much agree with Judge when he claimed she is deranged (http://www.mangareader.net/one-piece/833/21), and that accompanied by BM killing a loved one when someone misses her tea party, you can start to see that BM herself acknowledges her behavior and knows how others perceive her.
The one big hole in this theory is the whole BM/Lola connection, and what terms are they on.
I see two things are gonna happen:
1. Big Mom is gonna open the box and it explode and injure her
2. Luffy is gonna have the animals in the book as allies they will help him , who know how strong they are and Luffy is someone, who can understand and tame them and he can hear the voice of all things . all he has to do is taking Mondour down , that should be easy enough .
that is a way to take BM down.
Thanks for the spoilers! Sounds like an interesting chapter with a fair amount of plot progression and new insights!
Happy to see Bropper and Brook about to make their moves, I like their roles with being so important to the success of this arc.
The Lola situation is also getting more and more.. exciting?! I don't think Mama saying she would have gotten Pirate Queen with that marriage should be taken as absolute proof it would have been so easy, but I like the suggestion some made with her interest in Germa's technology and Caesars Giantification that Vegapunk might have played a role in that, or better yet: Giants themselves.
Speaking of Giants, this "hatred", or maybe it's a deep rooted "dissappointment" when Judge makes that observation gives another side to Big Mom's supposed dream of having her children turned giants. Giants seem to create the hole in Big Mom's utopia she still hasn't filled, and Lola having been in Thriller Bark with Oz the Giant connects nicely if her supposed groom had something to do with them ;)
